From the 8th to the 9th of March, 2022, the first schedudled project meeting…
The main meeting goal is to introduce the principles of the Illusion of Form project A presentation introducing the structure of the Department will be given by Dean of the Faculty of Kunst Music Design Frans Jacobi and Lilibeth Rasmussen. The meeting is intended to introduce the assumptions of the project and pre-recruit participants. A delegation of lecturers from KMD in Bergen will be present at the meeting
Tuesday (8 march):
- 10.00 – Meeting with the working group:
- setting the date for the delegation to Bergen,
- duration of recruitment,
- preliminary assumptions about the proposed workshop and training scenarios and the way they will be carried out during student mobilities,
- setting the dates and programme of subsequent project meetings and mobilities,
- booking a place and date for the UAP Sculpture Department exhibition in Bergen,
- proposals for panels – how many people per group and how many groups
- 12.00 – coffee break
- 13.00 – information meeting for students interested in participating in the project // PRESENTATION OF BERGEN TEAM ABOUT SCHOOL AND FACULTY
- free time – walkaround of the UAP and a trip to an exhibition at the ZAMEK Culture Centre
- 19.00 – small team building meeting
Wednesday (9 march):
- 11:00 hologram presentation by J. Bogucki
- 11:30 Jolanta, Jacek and Kjersten – meeting on administrative matters.
- 13:00 working group meeting – discussing current project issues such as:
- project participation rules and regulations,
- preliminary assumptions regarding the proposed training scenarios and workshops and the way they will be carried out during student mobility,
- setting the dates and programme of subsequent project meetings and mobility,
- booking a place and date for the UAP Sculpture Department exhibition in Bergen,
- settlement of the matter with the transfer of equipment

- 16.00 – dinner with the Rector of UAP in the restaurant “ KAMEA”
- evening – farewell (possibly preceded by some less formal integration)
